Trailer Rental Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change. I just ask for a little notice so I can make the trailer available for someone else if you can’t make it.

1) Cancellations

More than 3 days before pickup: Full refund of your deposit or rental payment.

Between 24 hours and 3 days before pickup: 75% refund.

Less than 24 hours before pickup: Non-refundable, since the trailer has been prepared and held for you.

2) No-Shows

If you don’t show up at the scheduled pickup time and haven’t contacted me, the rental fee is non-refundable.

3) Rescheduling

If you need to change your dates, just let me know at least 24 hours before pickup. I’m happy to reschedule once at no charge (subject to availability).

4) Weather or Emergencies

If bad weather or an emergency makes it unsafe to tow, we can reschedule or apply your payment as a credit toward a future rental.

5) Refund Timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
